Local Activities

The Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Center, Singapore (BKRYC) was established and registered as a society in 1981, serving as the local branch of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (BKWSU) with the Spiritual Headquarters in Rajasthan, India and an International Co-ordinating Office in London, UK. The Center was set up initially to provide meditation instruction to help Singaporeans find peace in a busy, and often stressful working life as well as to provide moral and ethical instruction for character development and values based living. The Center has expanded its courses and activities which are offered to the Singapore public as a service to the community and are offered free of charge. The Center is self-supporting and is funded from voluntary contributions of regular members and students. It does not conduct fund-raising activities. Currently the Center offers in-house courses from 4 locations and has approximately 120 regular members.
