Course Anger Management 4If we are to deal with a situation in a more productive way, we need to be aware of our thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, qualities, values and the true nature of the self. By changing the way we see and think about things and connecting with the inner self and all the spiritual tools that are available to us, we are able to transform and overcome our anger with courage, determination and faith.
This course provides participants an opportunity to explore the following:
1.    to become more self aware;
2.    to start noticing anger at an early stage; and
3.    to respond to situations rather than react.
