Step by Step Meditation
Step by Step Meditation is a 4-lesson course, which teaches the easy system of Raja Yoga Meditation in 4 easy to do ‘Steps’. Each lesson covers a step and during the lesson there are plain and simple explanations with guided practice. It is beneficial for long time meditaters as for newcomers.

Women Empowerment Programs
The aim is to inspire women (mainly housewives, women doing free-lance work and spouses of expatriates) to bring spiritual awareness and practice into their lives. Every two months, a vegetarian cooking / baking demonstration is included in the program. Also a ‘keep-fit’ class is organised every month where the ladies are able to participate. Apart from spiritual talks and workshops, medical doctors are invited to talk on subjects related to women’s diseases.
