Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organisation for Lesotho. The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organisation opened a center in Lesotho in 2005 as part of a continent wide initiative called Serve Africa. The Organisation provides a place of learning for the local communities by offering courses and workshops on meditation, positive thinking and various other methods to create inner peace and inner power. Our volunteer teachers avail themselves for talks and courses to other community based organisations such as schools, colleges and local universities.
The Organisation aims to contribute to the development of local communities by providing an education in universal human values and spiritual principles. These values and principles help the individual to develop a greater sense of self-esteem, a positive and optimistic outlook on life and develop inner stability and wellness. Specialised programs are offered to health-care workers and educators to help cope with high levels of stress in their specific environments. All courses and talks are provided free of charge so as to make the services of the University available to as many people as possible.
